Is this a repair, or is the door finished?
One broken spring on a straight, sound door is a repair, full stop — the rest of the door does not care that the spring failed. What changes the answer is the door itself: bent or split sections, a frame gone out of square, rust through the bottom seam, or a system that has needed four visits in two years. Ask to be shown the specific parts that make replacement the better call. If nobody can point at anything, it is a repair.
